Class Description: Learn to make the little woven baskets seen on many of today's modern quilts. These little baskets can be made in any size or shape. You will learn how to design, assemble and attach a basket to your quilt. Sample ideas will be provided to students, or students may use their own design ideas. Easy, fun and oh so eye-catching. (Please note, this is a technique class. We will not be finishing a project in this class.)
We will be learning how to make the baskets in class. The baskets may then be applied either by Hand Applique, or machine. that will be up to the student and will be done outside of class.
