Class Description: In this class we will learn the concept of making a One Block Wonder quilt. The first step is stacking the fabric and cutting the correct size triangles. After we have done that we will sew the Kaleidoscope blocks so you can have them together as a unit. We will learn about inserting cubes and baby blocks into our quilt. If you have completed all of that in a previous class, or on your own, and you are stuck, then you can start designing your quilt on the wall with guidance. A short trunk show will excite you to continue on this road.

Class Supply List: Any of Maxine Rosenthals books, recommended, One Block Wonder Quilts. BSK, 60 degree triangle ruler, flower headed pins, Machine, (know how to operate your machine, and have additional bobbins prefilled,) Fabric scissors, 6in x 24in ruler, large mat, (16 x 20 better), rotary cutter, with NEW blade, plastic sandwich storage bags, (at least 4), You will only need one fabric for this quilt, but you will need 6 repeats of that fabric. Choose a print with few colors. Swirls work better than straight lines, You don't want a lot of BG showing. Make sure you have 6 repeats. If you have questions please contact me.
