Quilt Fest 2017 Vendor Application Information
Vendor booths will have 8 foot back drapes and 3 foot side wall drapes. 
Booth size is 10 x 10 foot, or 10 x 20 foot


We would like to welcome you to the Utah Quilt Guild’s 2017 Annual Quilt Fest Merchant’s Mall. The festival this year will be held Wednesday-Saturday, September 20–23rd at the Davis Conference Center in Layton, Utah. The theme for the event is “Ruby Jubilee” it is the UQG 40th anniversary, with a little Wizard of Oz and Ruby slippers thrown in.

 

The Merchant Mall will be held in Eclipse Expo Hall. The Quilt Show will be held in the same room, which should draw people to the merchant mall.

A single booth (10’ wide x 10’ deep)  Each single booth includes a table, 2 chairs, and electricity. Double booths will have 2 tables. Wireless Internet is $10 per day and will be arranged through the Davis Conference Center. Phone lines/hard Wired-Internet is available at an additional charge. Bring all of the equipment and supplies needed for your booth, including free standing fixtures, extension cords, etc. Backdrop curtains will be 8 ft high on the back and 3 ft on the sides to separate your booth from your neighbor. Booth contents must be kept within the parameters of the assigned space.
