Block of the Month Entry Form
Did you participate in the UQG Block of the Month? It's time to participate in the In-person or On-line BOM Quilt Show.
Photos of your finished quilt are to be emailed to Louise Mudd at louisemudd@yahoo.com before Oct 1, 2023. Quilts for In-person Display are to be brought to Quilt Fest and turned in at the Registration Table by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, Oct.10, 2023. They may also be turned in normal Quilt Show drop off.
