Volunteer to help judging on Monday Aug. 19 from 9:00 - 4:00, install the Quilt Show on Tuesday Aug. 20 from Noon to 5:00 pm and /or take down Saturday Aug. 24 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
As of July 11, 2024 we have need of the following:
4-8 Volunteers to scribe for the judges on Monday Aug. 19 from 9:00 - 4:00
3-6 Volunteers to help install the Quilt Show on Tuesday Aug. 20 from Noon to 5:00 pm
Filled. 0 Volunteers to help take down the Quilt Show on Saturday Aug. 24 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
Volunteers for these positions with quilts in the show will receive a FAST PASS which will allow them to go to the front of the Quilt Pick Up line after the quilts are down and ready to be picked up.
