Every day there is something exciting happening during our luncheons. Awesome table favors, door prizes, wonderful speakers, announcement of winners and more. Be sure to register for these inspiring luncheons so you don’t miss out.

Special meals such as vegetarian, gluten free, and diabetic are available upon request. These requests must be made before October 6th.
Seating Requests - Bottom of Page
We will again have assigned tables for lunches, so if you have friends you want to sit with, make sure everyone has a purchased a lunch ticket and then go to the website and make the request to sit together. Seating will be at tables of 8. If you just want to meet new people every day, don’t request to sit with anyone specific and we’ll move you around to different groups every day. Seating requests are due by October 6th. We’ll send out seating assignments prior to Quilt Fest.
612-22 Wednesday Evening OPENING GALA 6:00 pmWe will meet and greet each other prior to a Multi-Genre Concert held at the Historic Egyptian Theatre. We will be tapping our feet, clapping our hands and singing along before the evening is over! Music inspires and uplifts us every day. Let’s celebrate it! Hors d’oeuvres sparkling drinks will be served. Get all gussied up if you want. Fancy evening chapeaus, furs, tiaras and feather boas are appropriate!
613-22 Thursday Lunch and Speaker -- Judy Elsley – Coping with Cancer through QuiltsJudy Elsley, WSU Professor, author, designer, quilter and artist will speak about how her creative spirit helped her to navigate a journey through breast cancer. She will display quilts that she made on her road to recovery.
614-22 Friday Lunch and Speaker -- Beth Helfter – Eva Paige Quilt Designs – Trunk Show - Consistency in the Chaos!Are you overwhelmed by scraps, either physically because you are drowning in them or mentally because the idea of a fully scrappy quilt scares you? The key to scrap containment is consistency, and Beth will show us how to make the most of any pattern by augmenting it with JUST ENOUGH scraps to give it wow without going over the edge into craziness. Lots of thoughts on what makes a good scrap quilt, why scrap quilts are her favorites and insights into how one idea morphs into so many more during the design process. You’ll never look at a quilt pattern just one way again!
615-22 Saturday Lunch and SpeakerOn Saturday we will hold the State Guild Business Meeting. In addition to announcing winners of the Viewer’s Choice awards, we will also announce plans for Quilt Fest 2023.
