Here’s your chance to see behind the scenes and experience firsthand what makes the Utah Quilt Guild events so special.

Get an early look at quilts, meet new friends, and find a little extra inspiration along the way.

We’re always looking for volunteers to help bring our events to life—and we’d love to have you join us.

Volunteer Opportunities:

  • Quilt Hanging and Taking Down
  • White Glove Hosts/Hostesses
  • Reception Assistance
  • Door Greeters
  • Classroom Assistance
  • Demonstration Helpers


1. Choose an area you would like to volunteer in and click VOLUNTEER.

2. Fill in the information at the top of the new page. You may sign up yourself or another person.

3. Click on the opportunity you wish to fill.

4. Once you put in your choice, you have to select ADD THIS VOLUNTEER. 

5. Add any others you may be signing up for.

6. If you are not signing up anyone else, you click I'M DONE ADDING VOLUNTEERS.

7. That takes you to a confirmation screen which you have to save.

8. Then finally, you save and complete.
