Class Description - Make that family heirloom! Come learn or practice the art of fine hand quilting. You CAN do it!! This class is for beginning or experienced quilters who want to learn tips and practice skills that will improve their quilting stitch and let them enjoy the process! The class covers all aspects of hand quilting: Batting selection and testing quilting patterns and design, even feathers. Marking options, needles, hoops, and threads . Learning and practicing the best stitch for you. A hands-on/ process class. (You will not have a finished project suitable for framing.) Discover what methods give you the best results

Class Supply List – BSK (Basic Sewing Kit) pencil/paper 18” or longer ruler, thimbles (bring what you have, we’ll try them all!), 2/3-yard muslin or white cotton (Pre-washed will make you happier!) Quilting hoop (12”– 18” round or oval wooden hoop/Small q-snap frames work okay.)
