Every day there is something exciting happening during our luncheons. Awesome table favors, door prizes, wonderful speakers, announcement of winners and more. Be sure to register for these inspiring luncheons so you don’t miss out.

Thursday - Jaimie Davis "How to Build a Landscape Quilt from the Ground Up". Have you ever want-ed to make a landscape quilt but thought it was out of reach? Join Jaimie for an insightful look at how to create a one-of-a-kind quilt even if you've never thought of yourself as an artist. Follow along as she shows you how she uses Google Images, a copier and a light box to 'build' a pattern and enjoy light-hearted stories of her less-than-successful landscapes and the principles for success she discovered along the way.

Saturday - Utah Quilt Guild Business Meeting where new officers are elected. You will also find out the theme for Quilt Fest 2022 and the winner of the two Opportunity Quilts

Make a reservation so you can sit with your friends. If you do not make a reservation, you will be randomly assigned to a table. Lunch table assignments will be posted outside the ballroom.

Want to sit with your quilting friends at our daily lecture luncheons?
Be sure to make a group reservation. ALL SEATS ARE ASSIGNED.
If you purchase a ticket, you will be assigned a table. To sit with your friends you must make a group reservation.
Due to social distancing guidelines, there will only be 6 people to a table.
For a group of 6 or less:
Step 1 – Buy your lecture luncheon ticket!
Step 2 – Gather information from your quilty friends. Be sure you know which day(s) they bought a lecture luncheon ticket. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
Step 3 – Visit www.utahquiltguild.com. Choose “Quilt Festival” under events.
Step 4 – Click “Group Table Reservation.”
Step 5 – For each person, you must enter first and last name, email address, any
Special meals (diabetic, gluten free, vegetarian, food allergy) and lunch day(s).
Step 6 – Click “Submit.”
Step 7 – Check your email for confirmation.
For a group larger than 6:
Step 1 – Buy your lecture luncheon ticket!
Step 2 – Gather information from your quilty friends. Be sure you know which day(s) they bought a lecture luncheon ticket.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!! Send an email to: QuiltFestLunches@gmail.com. You must include the following:
* First and last name for each person
* Email address for each person
* Special meals (diabetic, gluten free, vegetarian, food allergy)
* Lunch day(s) for each person
Some things to remember:
The deadline for making group table reservations will be Sunday, September 5, 2021 at 10 pm.
• All reservations are contingent on payment being received by September 6, 2021.
• Confirmations will be sent out via email on Sunday, September 12, 2021.
• Each person in the group will receive his/her own email confirmation.
• Tickets purchased after September 5th are for the standard meal. No special requests (D, G, V, A) !
