Class Description - The Star Baby quilt is an introductory pattern that can be completed in just a few hours and used to learn basic paper piecing techniques that can be applied to many of the other Quiltworx lone star projects. There are enough papers in the pattern to make (2) Star Baby quilts. Replacement papers are available if you decide you want to try out one of the larger layouts. The quilt finishes at 40” X 40” with the optional border. Such as the Goodnight Star. This class will require some pre-cutting of pattern and fabric.

2. Box of jumbo paper clips
3. Flower Pins
4. Rotary cutter, mat and 6” x 24” rotary cutting ruler for cutting yardage
5. Medium size mat for trimming
6. Add a quarter ruler, preferable 12”
7. Folding template (3” X 12” piece of template plastic)
8. #70 sharp needle
9. Good 50 wt. thread
10. UHU glue stick (or similar product), Repositionable glue stick (optional)
11. Colored sharpie and pencil
12. Small scissors and seam ripper
13. Pattern (saved the most important to the last)
Included in Kit – All fabric to make Star Baby top is included.
