Monday, July 22 through Saturday, August 3 are the dates to drop off your quilts for Quilt Fest.

We know, we have been remiss in letting you know where to drop off your quilts. So this is to let you know what has been arranged.

From Sandy, UT north, the following quilt shops are drop off sites, July 22-Aug 3

From Herriman, Utah South, the following people have agreed to gather quilts for drop off.  Becky will pick them up directly from them after August 3.  Please call or text them before dropping off your quilt to verify that they are available.

You can also use this address if you'd like to mail your quilt.

These quilt shops have been given a red folder where they are to log in the quilts and who received it.  Attached is also a form for you to use, if you would like, to have the person receiving it sign, giving you a personal record that the quilt has been dropped off.  We are hoping it will put your mind at least a little at ease that there is a record that the quilt shop has received the quilt and potential loss will be eliminated.  This will also hold true for those dropping off quilts to the south.

After August 3 you still have a week to drop off quilts, to August 9,  but they have to be delivered to Peggy, in Layton or to Becky, in Herriman. (We are also drop off points from July 22-Aug 3)  Please send a text if this is an option, to set up a time, get our address, and when we'll be available to receive your quilts.
