 Quilt Fest Rewards – Frequently Asked Questions
 Who does this apply to?
Q: Do the new levels apply to everyone who has already registered, or only new registrants?
A: They apply to everyone! Emails with your codes will be going out by Sept 15 for those previously qualified.
 Moving to a Higher Level
Q: Can I add items to move to a higher level?
A: Yes! You can add items, but it may take a day or two to send you your new code.
Q: Can using my perk value move me to a higher level?
A: No. The perk value doesn’t count toward your level. BUT… if you pay additional beyond your perk, that can help bring you up.
Q: If I purchase more and move up, can I use my new perks right away?
A: Not immediately — it takes a day or two for us to issue your new code.
 Using Your Perk Value
Q: What can I use my perk value for?
A: Classes, Sewcial Sewing Room (even one day!), and meals.
Q: Can I use my perk value to upgrade my Buddy Table to a Single Table?
A: Yes — but you’ll need to contact Becky Tesch(preselect@utahquiltguild.org) directly to make the change.
Q: What if my purchase costs more than my perk value?
A: Easy! Use your code to reduce the price. You’ll just pay the difference.
 Premium Level Questions
Q: How does Premium seating with a National Teacher work?
A: You’ll be assigned to a table with a National Teacher for one of your meals. Depending on the number of Premium registrants, you may or may not sit with your requested group.
Q: When is the special showing of the Quilt Show?
A: Tuesday evening, about 10–15 minutes after the Gala ends.
 Limitations & Rules
Q: Can I transfer my perk value to someone else?
A: No. It's just for the original registrant. Non-transferable.
Q: Can I use my perk value on past purchases?
A: No — perk value is only for future purchases.
Q: Can I get a refund for my perk value?
A: No. The perk value has no cash value and can’t be refunded.
Q: Can I carry over my perk value to another year?
A: Sorry — it’s only good for Quilt Fest 2025.
Q: Can I use my perk value anywhere?
A: It can only be used on items listed on the Quilt Fest registration form.
Q: Can I use my perk value to buy Opportunity/Mini Quilt Tickets on-line?
A: No. If you haven't used your perk value by October 1, we assume you want Opportunity/Mini Quilt tickets and will provide you a voucher at registration.
 Are there deadlines?
Q: How long can I use my perk values?
A: Perk value MUST be used online by October 1. Your code will expire at midnight on October 1. If you haven't used your code, a voucher for Opportunity/Mini Quilt tickets will be included in your registration.
Q: Can I add meals at any time?
A: No. Meals can only be added through Sept. 24th.
Q: Can I add classes or Sewcial Sewing Room at any time?
A: Yes - But not with your perk value. Classes with openings can be added until the class has started. Be aware however, the teacher may not have materials available if you register the last week. You can add the Sewcial Sewing Room at any time as long as there is availability.
